I sent an e-mail to H.O.and called 2x. They are very disorganized
or are avoiding the clients in Customer Service. All I wanted was more product and find out where they were.Since I have waited at least 2 months for some reponse I will never have a good thing to say about this company .I do not believe they are reputable or are they trying to hide something. Go on the net and see how many different prices for the product they have. There dollar is lower than Canada but they charge much more.
Everybody take heed, there are other good products out there ,I just found one. Honest, upfront and rep,s that do care.

Don’t feel bad, I was tag teamed by 3 at my mall & even after saying 3 times I had changed my mind my grand total was almost $800 for 6 products! These are little rip off men that you need to run from as fast as u can. Even at that price the eye cream doesn’t even come out of the pump. I will attempt to return today after I spoke with Nicale (?) their CEO at the SEACRET DIRECT in Phx, Az. this AM. I am doubtful & will let u know. Their sales teams did just that ‘sold’.

I love the Seacret Spa Refresh vitamin-rich moisturizer. I also love this mask I bought as well. It is white, and I can’t recall the exact name. I have been using their stuff forever before they changed the label on all of my other dead sea products. I love the sea salt scrub and the milk and honey body butter!
