Agreed most definitely. Perhaps there are some in Russia who feel as though the old way of doing things was better for the people of Russia and want to go back to the old ways. Russia has struggled to convert to a full democrat nation perhaps due to a fast approach versus a gradul approach to much a a gold fish in a new fish bowl?

Putin is nuts: He's playing at being Hitler in the nuclear age: Dangerous tactics!

Question is will Bush the warmonger be able to resist? If there's oil in Georgia; even if it's not been exploited yet, then probably not. I can see him bumbling in to some blundering impromptu mission under the cover of ridding Russia of Taliban infiltrators.

(It's a good thing he's stopped doing religion lately or he'd just launch a nuclear strike and say "God" told him to do it.)

Isn't it strange how power-crazy incompetent halfwits always seem to end up running a country? We've got Brown over here; and although there are no signs of him trying to suck up to Bush yet like Tony Blair did; he nevertheless would probably have problems running a bath, let alone the UK.
